Project Moore litigation graphics

for civil summary proceedings

the brief

Dutch boutique law firm Project Moore asked us to design a large set of infographics, to be used in summary proceedings before a Dutch District Court. The set includes timelines, overviews of relevant parties and legal relationships, graphs and organisational charts.

the goal

The graphics were used as images included in the text of the statement of defense, as exhibits attached to the statement of defense and as prints during the hearing. The graphics shown are parts of the full designs.

the process

The project was an iterative collaboration over less than four weeks – from preparing the statement of defense by Project Moore until the hearing at the court. Drafting the statement of defense went hand in hand with the design of the graphics.

the result

A complete set of infographics that complemented the party’s arguments in the dispute. They helped illustrate arguments, technical details and legal relationships. They helped the lawyers convey their message and helped the court to analyse the matter.
