Compliance infographics

the brief

A well-known automotive, bikes, power systems and mobility multinational, asked us to design a set of compliance infographics. The set of infographics needed to inform the company’s employees on how to perform ‘know your business relation’ (KYBR) and export checks and what to do in case of red flags.

the goal

We aimed to make the compliance guidelines less text-heavy, easier to understand and navigate, and better known to all employees.

the process

The original compliance documents consisted of tens of pages, spread out over different documents.

the result

The project was a joint, iterative project which included cutting back text around 90%, rewriting to plain language and designing engaging, easy to digest and playful graphics.
